Winter (Dec. - March): Weekly: $2,000; Weekend: 2 night- $1,200; 3 night- $1,500; Vacation Weeks: $3,000
Summer
(Memorial Day - Labor Day): Weekly(Sun.-Sun.) - $5,000
All other periods not defined above are based on a nightly rate
of $250 to $400 (negotiable based on number of occupants) with a 2 night minimum.
All NH rentals subject to 9%
NH rooms & meals tax. Refundable security deposit of $200 required before occupancy.
